"I arrived in Warsaw and was forced to wait until 3PM to check in. The address was not as advertised and had to get assistance from a local café' to call owner. Upon meeting with owner, I was taken to an apartment that did not match any of the photos on Orbitz!!. It was bare inside, not even close to what I expected. Had to request cooking pots and pans. "Avoid this place at all cost. They advertise apartments in old town but only their office is located there and you must drive to their office first to check in and get your keys and then drive 20+ minutes across Warsaw to your apartment, which was in shambles, by the way. We had electrical sockets sticking out of the wall, broken lights and chips/cracks all over the walls. It's also in a very run-down neighborhood that made my family and I a bit uncomfortable."
