Left side Bed reading light, supposed to be flexible but worst than a robot arm…not flexible and not working well. This is a 5 star hotel"

I am a very frequent traveller and have experienced many buffets, the breakfast buffet at Traders was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had upto now. There was a large variety of food options and the quality was of high standard too. Overall this hotel is excellent and would recommend it very highly. "
