"Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others."

"Our stay was very enjoyable. We were in Ellicottville for my daughter's graduation from St. Bonaventure. The house was perfect. Great location, very clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked to make it feel like home. I highly recommend this house if you plan on staying in Ellicottville."

"Overall most of our needs were met as a group. Sleeping spaces for enough people to sleep at least 6 comfortably & then some extra pullout/futon couches available. However a few issues we came across were - the cleanliness upon arrival specifically the presence of dead or live flies at almost every window. Upstairs bedroom the flies were making noise all night at least the first night of our stay. - the water must be well water because it smelled like sulfur every time someone ran the sink...
