"The condo was perfect, just what we were looking for. Vacasa is the management firm and they are very difficult to work with. They gave us the wrong door code to begin with so after trying to open the door in the freezing cold with children at night we had to go back to the car and wait on hold to get in touch with vacasa to eventually get the right code. The condo comes with two parking passes but we had a third card as the condo accomodates 10 people. I asked vacasa where a 3rd car could park...

"We had a great stay in this comfortable condo. Location is great, walk past a few other buildings in the complex and you are at the ski lift. We appreciated the dorm style second bedroom with two sturdy bunkbeds. More comfortable for adult kids without having anyone sleep on the pullout in living room or making them share a bed. The only issue we had was with the lock code entering the condo, and the delay in communication with Vacasa property management to resolve it. They were able to reset...

"We really enjoyed our stay. You must have a 4-wheel drive, but once you're up the windy road it's flat. Easy loading and unloading - no stairs. The one gotcha is with this Vermont bear and compost thing. You need to separate food from general trash which is a hassle loading a bucket in the refrigerator with anything listed on their triple laminated instruction manual. Other than this minor preventive measure to keep nuisance bears out of garbage cans, it's worth the safety precaution....

"I had a lovely weekend staying here along with my sister and her family. It was perfectly situated just a short trip away from Hanover, where we took in some college hockey. Lots of space to spread out, comfy accommodations, everyone was happy! Thank you!"

"The location of this unit is fantastic - there is a shuttle right from the front door to Sachem trail and back. Unfortunately the positives stop there. Unit was pretty outdated and there was no real effort to make this a comfortable stay for guests. communication with the host was horrible and basically non-existent. The reservation was booked through VRBO, but all info came from Vacasa & required me to get a separate app to be able to get info. Issues were raised at start but never addressed....
