"The property was clean, safe, and efficient. The only issue is the front security upon entry. If you booked through a third-party administrator, they will make you wait on the side of the road and continuously call the front desk until the front desk calls the security guard and clears you to come through the gate. This does not make sense. The security should be calling the front desk. You are the guest. "
