Newly renovated and professionally decorated, this fabulous house 8 miles from the Las Vegas Strip has five bedrooms, in-ground pool, above ground spa, covered patio, professional pool table, washer and dryer in the laundry room with iron and ironing board, cable and high speed wireless internet is perfect for business or pleasure.

The property is centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, only 8 miles from the Las Vegas Strip straight up Tropicana Blvd.; 13 miles from McCarran Airport right off the 215 Beltway; a short drive to Red Rock Canyon National Park where you can enjoy sight seeming, hiking or rock climbing; 45 minutes from Mt. Charleston where you can a day of skiing/snowboarding or hiking. You don't have to drive far, only about 2 minutes, to grab a bite to eat at a variety of gourmet restaurants, buy groceries, go shopping, or have a drink at one of several neighborhood taverns.

There are five bedrooms with a total of 6 beds (one king and five queens). Each bedroom has an LCD 35' flat screen TV with cable, night stand and dresser with mirror. The master bathroom has a shower, large tub with jets and tile floor. There is a large kitchen fully equipped to cook and bake with all appliances and service for twelve. The living room has a 65" HD LG Smart TV. The game room has a professional pool table, bar table and stools. The backyard has a large lagoon style pool, above ground spa large enough to fit 8 people, covered patio and beautiful landscaping and a garden with fruit trees. Come, put your feet up and enjoy!!!

Perfect for my Family
This was the perfect house and it was better and nicer than the pictures. We stayed for 3 nights. It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s close to plenty of food and far enough away from downtown Vegas (the strip) but not too far. It was also close to the airport which was nice. Had a great stay!

We did a weekend in Vegas for a soccer tournament and this house was a great stay for the family. Close to the fields and a great quiet neighborhood. The house was well maintained and very clean with plenty of beds and linens.

This property was perfect for a family trip. With a bedroom and bathroom/ shower on the first floor for those challenged with stairs to a huge kitchen living area. This was a great place for family to stay and gather together. It was a little cold to use the pool but the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen had all you would need to prepare food there. Overall it was a great place to stay. Saving the info for trips in the future!

Wonderful property
Stayed for a long weekend while visiting family in Summerlin. The house is very spacious and has everything we needed. Lovely backyard with a pool and hot tub that we used several times during our stay. Beds are very comfortable, maybe the best in a VRBO in a long time. Kitchen was well appointed. All in all, a great property. Will be back.

Relaxed Las Vegas Stay!
This home, located in the SW part of the area, provided a clean and comfortable stay for our group! Very easy access to much suburban shopping and restaurants. Very easy access to the Strip! Very easy access to Red Rock Canyon. The immediate area is a quiet neighborhood, very clean, we felt very safe! The pool, spa, and billiard table kept our group entertained. We very much recommend this home rental.

Great Weekend Getaway
Easy access, house was as described in every detail; instructions were clear and not too restrictive. Location is not in Rhodes Ranch, but that wasn’t an issue. The only issue was the ice maker and lack of paper towels. Somehow, we muddled through. Would highly recommend. Great for friends and/or large family gatherings.

Wonderful house in great neighborhood
The house is very clean with 5 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Lots of bath, hand and pool towels. Bathroom stocked with hair & soap products. Kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware & glasses along with a large refrigerator . Quiet neighborhood. Large backyard. There are TVs in every room. Larger TV in living room. Good wifi and Internet. The VRBO contact, Maria, is very prompt when returning messages. Would definitely stay here again.

The cleaning people were apparently in a hurry. The jacuzzi had black dirt in it, one of the bathtubs hadn't been cleaned, the grill was filthy and we ran out of gas just as we were cooking steaks for 10 people.

Our company rented this house for 6 employees to stay at while we attended a convention in Las Vegas. The house was perfect for us; it was clean, well-maintained and had plenty of space for everyone in our group. The large, eat-in kitchen is well appointed, there are multiple TVs throughout the house, a pool table, a swimming pool and hot tub. Maria was easy to work with and made our experience that much more enjoyable. For anyone that needs to be in Las Vegas but doesn't want to be too near the strip (15 mins.), we would definitely recommend!

Amazing Home
First I want to say that Maria is an excellent host. She was easy to work with and was always available. This entire process was extremely enjoyable because of her. The House was the perfect size for our group. There were plenty of beds for everyone and location was great too. It was only a 15 minute drive to the strip, which wasn’t a problem at all. I have another trip to Las Vegas coming up and I already plan on staying here again. The price was perfect and I am 100% satisfied. Thanks Maria.

Great place. Only complaint would be wheelchair accessibility. One of our friends that stayed with us requires a power chair to get around. The house is listed as wheelchair accessible and we called to make sure. There is no ramp to get in and out of the house or the back door area. There are no hand rails for the 1st floor bathroom and the shower is small. It was very difficult for our friend who is partially paralyzed. We had to pick up his power chair in the front of it for him to get into the house. All that said, it is a very clean, beautiful house to stay in and is very centrally located.

Many issues
Fundamentally a nice house but it seems it is not being maintained. We had the following issues and no response from the host so far. - hot tub power went out, and we weren't able to use it - ice machine in the fridge is jammed - blender is leaking from the base - propane tank for the grill is empty - ants all over the floor - seems to be emanating from the ground floor bathroom
