"This was our 2nd stay and this place is such a gem. The kind of place you tell everyone about but want to gatekeep it for yourself. One of our favorite places ever. "

"Comfortable & Clean "

"Couldnt have asked for anything. This place met all of our expectations and more. Room: we got the room with the jet tub. Never got a chance to use it but everything was very clean and organized. I liked how much storage there was in the bathroom and space. Our son slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable and clean. There were sheets available for it. The bed was also comfortable. Good storage space in the room itself too, and i enjoted using the desk for my makeup and laptop. Food: there were many options avaliable and it was good. Things like muffins, yogurt, pancakes, omlettes and fruit. Seating was very comfortable. Service: service went above and beyond others places ive been to, which is why i left a tip. A lady asked us if we needed our sons bottle warmed and if we needed a hair chair. I appreciated how attentive she was espexially because i hate asking for things since im shy. Lady at the desk was very friendly and engaging. Making sure we had what we needed, and saying things like to have a good day when we left the room for a while. I also really appreciated the housekeeper. We were away for an hour or so and when i came back the room was spotless after our toddler had made some mess. Cookie crumbs were gone, bathtub was drained, floors were mopped, bed folded perfectly, and she eveen folded our sons blanket which i thought was really sweet. Thank you for your amazing hospitality! "The rooms are so well thought out with meticulous detail. We are in the serenity room and I am absolutely mesmerized by the colorful sparkles in the floor and all the cool decor. So bonus notes we have a hot tub with jets in our room and we get free kayaks to take out on the river! My husband and I could not be happier with the choice we made to book here. Really cool and thought out place. If you're looking for a nice relaxing getaway book you room at Neptune's grotto! We love it here. The owners added everything you could possibly want and more!!!"

"Stayed 3 nights in (regular) King Suite. Loved everything! Excellent & friendly staff, speedy service, very clean rooms, very spacious, great location, felt safe and well lit, Liked the parking too and having a room to the outside. For a 3 star hotel & for the value and the area, property age, etc., they more than deserve 5 Gold Stars. Also liked how close it was to the Crystal River for swimming with Manatees & to the Weeki Washee Springs Park which is where the Mermaids are. Not a whole lot of a night life in Spring Hill, though the Capone’s (pool hall / bar) nearby was a real treat. We also ran into a couple of FEMA refugees staying at the hotel and they, too, were very very nice. Thought it was really cool that the hotel opened their doors to them. "
