"The house itself was very charming and comfortable but a bit cluttered with lots of knick knacks and glassware. Nice location with easy parking in the alley behind the house. It is on a relatively busy road, but traffic was only an issue during normal rush hour times. The thermostat was set too warm (winter visit) and we were not able to figure out how to lower the temperature - luckily there were fans available in the bedrooms. "

"I couldn't recommend this lovely home more highly. My whole family stayed here for a mini-reunion before my son moved away, and it was the perfect family base. The host was extremely (but unobtrusively) responsive; the home was incredibly well-supplied (the kitchen especially has about everything you could ask for, including basics like flour, sugar, spices, etc.); although it's in a countryside setting, it's minutes from everything you might want.
