"The toilet was not flushing properly upon arrival, but was resolved by next morning. The room was old, but generally clean except for the fridge, the coffee pot and the microwave. The turn plate in the microwave is the wrong part, so doesnt turn and doesnt heat correctly. I'm guessing other guests had multiple cars as there was inadequate patking. The pet area was filthy. "

"We only spent one night on our way to Illinois from Wisconsin. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner was also very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. We would definitely stay again when traveling, especially at the reasonable price!"

"Bed was very uncomfy, very stained all around. Very dingy. Pillowcases had huge aged sweat stains, spider webs and spiders crawling everywhere. Overall just needed somewhere to rest my head while going to a weekend event."

"Although the place looks pretty ordinary from the outside, it has a Frank Lloyd Wright vibe, which is carried out in the rooms. Nothing fancy but the clean and simple lines are pleasing to the eye. Comfortable beds, nicely updated bathroom. Great location for theater nights. "
