"I liked the simplicity of the property, the staff were amazing and very helpful! I will definitely stay there when I go back to Milan!! "Location! The location is easily walkable to the Galeria and the Duomo. The hotel room was nice and loved the complimentary wine and snacks. Loved that you could access your netflix account. Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible. We actually decided to stay in Milan for two more nights but not willing to pay that much for that view. Changed hotels. "
