"Silvia who checked us in was so sweet and amazing. Everytime we walked through the lobby she would check on us. The hotel was super nice and would not hesitate to recommend or stay again. "I was impressed with our room! It’s at least 18 foot ceiling if not higher reminiscent of castles hundreds of years ago! Of course it’s renovated with wood floors, white paint. "My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast had a lot of great and fresh options every day, and the hotel had a familial vibe, which we really enjoyed. The area was safe and had a lot nearby, but I really liked that there was a gate at the entrance. The staff at the hotel made the stay even better. I'd like to specifically shout out Ronald, Douglas, Giuseppe, and Martina for their kindness. If you're searching for a hotel in Milan, I'd highly recommend the Martini Suite!"

"The property was in a perfect location. It was a very quick walk to the Duomo and there were a lot of nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel room we chose was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we found was that cigarette smoke was present frequently throughout the hotel including the elevator and our room. The staff was great and moved us to a new room on arrival but the smoke drifted into our new room as well due to the location. We did not mention to the hotel staff...

"The airconditioning was quite loud, and since it was quote cold outside it had to be on. It was a bit noisy and the biggest fault for me was no bedding on the duvet, so that made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
