"Nice well kept property. Room was comfortable and clean however, the walls and ceiling seemed to be paper thin or absolutely no insulation between them. We could hear everything from the room next to us,and I mean everything. The room above us, it sounded like they were stomping on the floor as they walked across the room. "The walkway smelled of cat pee. Once inside it was clean until i looked up at the ceiling fan. I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I took care of that. Next morning I wrnt to the kitchen for breakfast. Bowl was dirty. Took care of that. Shower was next. To small of a shower and there were only 3 towels for a 7 day stay. Took care of that. It is a very nice place. Neighbors didn't always leave enough room to park and they would talk loud outside the back door. I will be returning soon. Hope...

"Absolutely worth it. Rachel and Steph have super powers - they respond within minutes and answered all of our questions. The only surprise we got when we arrived was this tiny little, cutie. Very impressive!!They’ve put out a grill for us which was great. The place is well maintained and VERY clean. "

"This was convenient to all the things that we wanted to do while in McMinnville. Check-in was easy. There was a problem with the internet, but it was because the wrong information was passed to me. :-(. The cleaning crew could certainly do better.
