"Awesome room to shoot pool. The house is great with everything we needed. Great back porch, and we even had breakfast on the front porch, too. The property is quiet and relaxing and a pretty view out back. Quick 10-20 minute drive to Rock Island state park, depending on which side of the river you want to be on. Great stay, would love to stay again."

"We are from New York but we wanted to visit family members that had recently moved to Pikeville, TN. The house location was convenient to their house. We had everyone over nightly for cookouts the kitchen is stocked well with ample dishes, pots and pans. A bonus is the commercial grade milkshake maker. We also visited Fall Creek Falls State Park just down the road. The park is super clean and includes a swimming pool and gift shop."

"Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. Everything was beautiful and mostly well kept. There were a few dirty dishes in the cabinets that warranted washing before using and there’s a small leak on the back porch (it rained the majority of the time we were there) but those are super nit picky things. "We had a nice time, enjoyed FCF State Park. On plus side, very comfortable place, good bed, nice wraparound porch. On the minus side, small bathrooms, outside furniture needed cleaning (maybe keep cushions inside until use?), lighting throughout not good for reading."
