"Beautiful and impressive mansion like staying inside a castle. I was impressed with all the antique furnitures. That was a treat for me. I was grateful for the talk after breakfast about the history of the place. Downside was that some staff services and the logistics could have been better. The hair conditioner bottle was indeed shampoo. My dietary preference at breakfast didn’t make it to the kitchen staff (or it was ignored/ forgotten). Staff Couldn’t find the key to my room upon check in. "

"The history of the home is awesome. The property needs LOTS of TLC. The front desk check in folks were so nice and polite. However, the breakfast wait staff was horrible. These two ladies were extremely rude to not only our group, but to others as well. Thursday was our first morning to visit the restaurant. The ladies were smiling and very nice. We asked if they could make change for a $20 bill for the tip. One of the ladies went to the tip jar and retrieved two 5’s and one $10. When she came...

"Took a long time to check in. The property was not exactly clean, and there was a bit of damage and a faint smell of cigarettes. But overall, since I was just staying one night and only used my room for sleeping it wasn’t bad. I would probably stay here again for the cost."
