"I paid extra for a side balcony beach view and was never told until we got their that their was no beach view because of construction. Other than that the hotel was nice and the beach was beautiful. "

"Access was an issue first day figuring out how reach building from highway. After that, all was good. Family really enjoyed the breakfast options each day. And we felt hotel was centrally located for our time in and around Gulf Shores. We may very well return next year."

"The hotel was nice and the staff were great! Our only complaint was that we booked a King bed room and were given a room with 2 queen beds. The host said he couldn’t change it because the information sent over from Hotels.com was for 2 Queen beds. I showed him that my confirmation was clearly for a king bed but he couldn’t help us. Not the end of the world. He was super friendly and kind about it. "
