"Loved the condo! Clean, great amenities like washer/dryer, dehumidifier, dish washer, and a comfy memory foam mattress. Tom did a great job communicating. About the building itself, the concession stand seemed very popular, pools and pool decks clean, and not overrun with tourists during spring break. It’s near Gulf state park and it’s trails, as well as a delicious coffee spot (inside the hotel across the street). A major downside was that while we were there, there was lots of construction...

"great place for a couple on vacay. they do need to update the picture of the view because there is a new condo there but you can still lay in bed and have a small view of the beach which was great! "

"We had a fabulous time. It would have been better had the indoor pool area not been so hot. It was stuffy and hard to stay in the room for very long. The pictures were fake. From our balcony which was wonderful."

"If you’re looking for a quick getaway I highly recommend booking this place. The place was clean and location was easy to find. The elevator did not work the whole time we were there so we can to haul all of our belongings up and down multiple steps, but other than that the place was nice and clean and you could see the beach from this room if you looked over the balcony . Will be booking again. "
