"This condo was exactly what my husband and I were looking for! It was small and cozy, but also extremely comfortable. It was right off the elevator and easy to get to. We left our chairs on the beach and made our way down there several times a day. The bed was also super comfortable! The highlight for us was that we could literally walk barefoot to the beach from the condo. "

"The location was perfect and the condo was the right size for 2 people. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the condo. It could’ve been much better. The floors and ceiling fan were in bad shape. Overall, the condo needed a good deep clean. We cleaned it up some ourselves.The other thing was there were no bath towels or kitchen towels provided. We had flown in and it was not fiesable for us to bring towels. So we had to buy some then leave them. Don himself was a great guy, very friendly."

"Perfect for a couple! We celebrated our 25th anniversary here. Owner describes place accurately. If you want something big look elsewhere! This was perfect for just the 2 of us. Had everything necessary, except a stive. But we dint need one. Took me about an hour to figure out the tv, but if you read your email and put in the username and password and not the one in the book in the room that makes it easier! We would stay here again!"

"Floors were filthy at check in , downstairs bathroom had a totally nasty & mildewed shower liner, the smoke alarm kept going off until my husband finally changed the batteries out in the middle of the night. Also upstairs tv never worked right & we had to put new batteries in both remotes.. Didn’t see property mgr. till 24 hrs. after we called & we had already fixed the problems ourselves. Condo badly needs updates too. Wish I could have given a better review because we love coming to orange...
