Comfortable apartment - kitchen, laundry, bedroom, community-use courtyard/sitting area. Unit is upstairs (spiral staircase). Had a wonderful weekend."

"Stayed at this charming space for 2 days while in Mobile with my dad. It's a cozy section of an old house, not the entire house as the house is an art gallery/office. Does not have a full kitchen, but amenities include a microwave, Keurig with pods, and refrigerator in the living room. Living room has a wall-mounted TV and pullout sofa bed, which was just ok in terms of comfort. There were pieces of potato chips or something in the living room. One bedroom, one bathroom with a slightly wobbly...

"Everything was good there was a few problems I found with the place the front door door knob had no screws in it so the handle came off in your hand the fold-out couch had no bedding for it and then the second bedroom when you open the closet the wall was open with insulation hanging out. Once those minor things are done I would say it would be one of the nicest places that we've stayed in don't get me wrong it was a nice place it just needed a few minor maintenance issues taken care of"

"My girlfriend and I loved the property. It was perfect for the two of us. Very quite, great location for what we wanted to do on vacation. Less than an hour to Dauphin Island and other beaches. 5 minute drive to local dining and culture area. Owner was very accommodating. My girlfriend left her favorite pillow and the owner mailed it back to her. We loved it! We will definitely be staying here again."
