"Loved that it was an old hotel that has kept some of the original charm. Room was comfortable and breakfast was appreciated!! Would defy recommend but look forward to when Construction is complete around the Alamo!!!"

"The hotel itself is charming and is very well maintained. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The property is in an excellent location - right on the riverwalk. However, the shower drain was clogged and the ice machine on the floor was out of order, This was the only reason why I did not give it a perfect 5 rating. Will that stop me from staying in this hotel when I come back? Absolutely not! I love everything else about it."

"The valet and front desk employees were so friendly and welcoming. I love the decor of the room. Knowing, upon check in, it was our anniversary, they asked if they could enter our room while we were out. We returned to a special surprise. The hotel is right across from the Riverwalk and walkable to everything. We were on the 9th floor and you do hear the noise from the street, that would be my only negative. Overall, it was a great stay and I will be back!"
