"The hotel has a “cleaning service upon request” policy, which was not disclosed to us at check-in. We only found out about it on the third day of our stay. It was very frustrating to return to our room after a long day and discover it hadn’t been cleaned. Breakfast was also quite disappointing. They serve the same limited options from Monday to Friday, with very little variety."

"What impressed me was that every single staff we encountered or observed were friendly and helpful. They were very attentive to elderly and disabled in the dining groom. our bedroom was perfectly furnished and decorated. Breakfast had plenty of quality options. There was a variety of seating options (booths, table with chairs by window or in quiet corner). We loved our 1 night stay. "
