"Beautiful traditional row house with a lovely nautical theme. Close to the beach, and the train station, kept us cosy over Christmas, with some lovely little decorations put up by the owner! "

"The the property was fantastic and exactly what I was looking for and more. It was beautifully presented and stylish. I loved the retro additions such as the record player with old fashioned albums, the book with old images of Swansea and the copy of Under Milk Wood. These together with a fabulous view over Swansea Bay and towards Mumbles Pier made it the perfect getaway for me and my elderly Dad who has dementia as it helped him to remember his youth and brought a twinkle to his eye. "

"A great place to stay for a holiday. On the edge of the Brecon Beacons and also very close to the Gower Peninsular. We had a lovely time in the house, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable."

"Freshly decorated with nice design touches, this is a great base to explore the Swansea area. Big kitchen with all you need, Enough seating in the living room and a small dining table. On street parking availble and a 45 mins walk from the centre of Swansea. Chinese Takeaway and pubs within a couple of minutes walk. city centre."

"Excellent place to stay. Great communication with the host. Amazing location - a short walk to the beach, Mumbles Coffee shop, or the nearby Castle. Perfect for families. Clean, comfortable, would definitely stay there again. "

"great service by Alan in communication with details prior to the stay. He was present at the time of check in and was friendly and gave us details as required. overall stay was great with location being perfect for us to stroll by the beach and other amenities. apart from the water pressure not being great we enjoyed our stay at the property.It was very spacious and clean and well maintained. Highly recommended."

"We stayed at Tadpole Cottage for a week and had a lovely time. Upon arrival there was a horrible stench in the bathroom - as it turned out the shower drain had been cleaned too properly. Help was send immediately and everything was sorted within a short period of time. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again."
