"Alt i alt et rigtigt fint ophold på et meget lækkert hotel. Særligt service niveauet hos medarbejderne er helt ekstremt højt og tilpasset perfekt…MEN…når man gerne vil være hotel med 5 stjerner og tage en høj pris, så skal incheck ikke tage så frygtelig lang tid, ligesom el-kedel skal virke, toilettet skal ikke løbe fordi knapperne sidder fast og småting som beholderne med shampoo/body-lotion skal være fyldt. Ved godt det er småting, men det er for dyrt til at sådanne ting ikke er i orden. Men...

"We had an amazing time at the Amara Sanctuary Resort! All of the staff were amazing - Jennifer, Rachel, Sarah, Abel, Bryan & Shazriena, to name some of them…apologies if I’ve forgotten to put a name down! As I said, all of the staff were amazing & nothing was too much. They all went out of their way daily, to ensure that we had an amazing stay, at the resort. All of the staff are a credit to the Amara Sanctuary Resort…& they deserve a pay rise/bonus for this!"

"The room is spacious, warm and clean. All facilities and amenities is good to use and let you feel relax. However, when we asked the room concierge for two more bottles of water in the second night, although we knew the tap water is clean and met the international cleaning standard, we were told to drink the tap water directly. This is not our expectation on this situation."

"The check-in process was protracted and the staff were confused as to how to process the check-in due to a difference between the reservation and hotels system. We had to wait until midnight to be a able to check-in"
