The biggest draw back is that it sits right on the road and you can hear the traffic going by. Our group of friends were quite satisfied with our stay. "The location was perfect for our group and plenty of space for the 6 of us. The only difficulty we had was the key pad code we were given was wrong and had to make contact with property manager to get the correct one, which was a little difficult due to lack of cell service. The only other issue was finding the wi-fi service and password. The one in the picture frame and on our on-line check in was incorrect, but was able to find it in the hospitlity book."

"Approximately 2 weeks prior to our trip, our host contacted us to let us know that their renovation is still in progress and would not be finished in time. On their own, they contacted a friend who was close by and arranged for us to stay with them instead. They arranged everything for us and put us in contact with Robin, our new host. "This home is lovely. It is hard to believe that it is in Nashville, Arkansas! We were happy to have a kitchen to cook all of our meals as there are not many options for good restaurants in the area. The beds were very comfortable and the rain shower heads in the bathrooms were awesome! The central heating unit worked really well to heat the entire house. We were happy to have a washer and dryer too. I would highly recommend this home!"

"The pictures are accurate with the property. The main cabin and suite are perfect for the times the family wants to spend inside. But with a boardwalk to a deck over the river and 5 wooded acres to walk around, we chose to hang outside most of our stay. We saw a few white tail and caught a couple trout in the river…released them back so the next visitors can catch too. We had great communication with the owner. The cabin is well stocked with what we needed and check out instructions were simple....
