"This property was a scam. No directions to enter the property, terrible neighborhood, and no response from host after 2 messages. We had to get a hotel at the last minute. We called and reported the issues, with a promise from Saide, that this would be handled on their end. No follow up email as promised and no call back from VRBO. Be careful everyone. We are asking for a refund for the rental that was a scam, no response from the VRBO after 4 days. They also promised over the phone to reimburse...

"Listing advertised hit tub and spa tub but had neither. Also listed as two bedroom but we had to walk through the other couples bedroom to get to the bathroom and leave our bedroom door open because we had no a/c in our room. Didn't sleep well because the bed was hard. We ended up paying for a motel the second night we were supposed to stay. Next time I rent from a VRBO I will definitely ask a whole lot more questions because we were very unsatisfied with our trip."
