"Great location for Capitol Hill and Smithsonian complex. Nice neighborhood and walkable to a few restaurants. The $30/day fee you find out after you reserve is for breakfast, fitness center and bicycles. Too bad if you don’t intend to use the latter. I could’ve had a much better breakfast for $30 elsewhere. Otherwise quiet, comfortable bed. Some maintenance issues with the room were attended to quickly. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. "

"First impression was very clean and who ever the cleaning team is are great , also place was spacious and cozy. I loved the bedroom with the hammack swing and words of aspiration on the wall and set up in room where we could also capture pictures of our moments in this beautiful home and i cant wait to vidit dc again in the bear future and book this place again."
