"Staff was very helpfull. The front desk ladies were very warm, welcoming & funny. They made the reason of our stay easy as i had a lot of hospital visits. Breakfast was remarkable & fresh. Thank you."

"We had a great stay. The only negative was that the girl from house keeping tried to come in our room around 8am without knocking or identifying herself. It was kind of a long walk from elevator to our room. We did enjoy our stay and will be staying there again. "

"The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful in allowing us to get into our room early. We had appointments that had a very large gap of time. If she hadn't let us in, we would have had to sit in a waiting room for several hours. She helped us on our check out and held our bags, as well. The hotel was very comfortable and I was very happy to be able to just walk down to the subway level to get to our appointments. "

"Check in staff was friendly and efficient. We were traveling with two smaller dogs so at my request he moved us from the third floor to the first for ease of taking the dogs outside as needed. Breakfast staff person was efficient and friendly. The beds left something to be desired. Every movement by spouse was felt and it was extremely soft. "
