The receptionist was extremely nice, friendly, and informative, which made check-in and my stay even better. The location is very central, making it easy to get around. "Like my previous visit I was impressed by the hotel and its location and amenities. The staff in the bar were excellent and the food and service was fully up to expectation. The only slight disappointment was the service at breakfast, when I was provided with a pot of cold coffee and it took 10 minutes for a team member to appear to replace it. I can survive the morning without food but not without coffee. "
