It was way better than I expected, I was a little bit concerned since I was traveling by myself but I felt safe the whole time, I didn’t even need to use my door lock because they already have on the door, while most hotels doesn’t. The staff at the front desk were just amazing and so friendly and I’m very picky about costumer service. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel on my next business trip to Monterey. "
