"The property is in a great location in Southbank, close to Crown Casino, and Eureka Tower. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating and communication before we arrived was excellent. The kids loved the pool, but unfortunately Apt 262 was in need of maintenance. The apartment had an odd smell (maybe a pet owners apartment?) and the carpet was quite dirty. One double bed was broken (the slats kept collapsing in the middle of the night). One of our party slept on an airbed...

"The property was dirty and desperately needs a paint job. The curtains are filthy in all the rooms and kitchen cupboards filthy. No dish cloth to wipe benches. Bathroom door didn't close completely. Ensuite shower head broken. Mould in both bathrooms.. Lounge and mat needs cleaning - dirty!! Balcony doors wouldn't lock. Main bedroom sliding door wouldn't open and when you tried the entire frame moved. On a whole, for the price this property is a disgrace!!!"

"Got an email to confirm the reservation. Money was taken from my account. All looked to be ok until we arrived. There was no key at the desk for us. There were no instructions on how to access the room and the host was uncontactable. We had no where to stay for the night. We literally had to stand in the Casino all night until the next morning and then catch our flights. This was a disaster!!!"
