Find Hotel with a Concierge in Southbank

"The Langham is a magnificent hotel and the staff are brilliant . Unfortunately a building next door is being demolished and the resulting noise is very annoying ( started drilling at 7.25am finished at 5.25pm. The hotel staff tried their best but the noise is a big problem . However it won’t stop us staying there in future "

"Very Good location near the city center in Melbourne, Australia. Check in was quick and the rental apartment was clean and in good condition. Nice for a short term rental in the city."

"Beautiful room upgrade from a 2 bedroom suite to a 3 bedroom suite. Room was spacious and clean.The indoor pool was amazing, perfect temperature. The only suggestion I’d make is updating the pillows on the beds, they were most uncomfortable resulting in a poor nights sleep."

"The property was dirty and desperately needs a paint job. The curtains are filthy in all the rooms and kitchen cupboards filthy. No dish cloth to wipe benches. Bathroom door didn't close completely. Ensuite shower head broken. Mould in both bathrooms.. Lounge and mat needs cleaning - dirty!! Balcony doors wouldn't lock. Main bedroom sliding door wouldn't open and when you tried the entire frame moved. On a whole, for the price this property is a disgrace!!!"
