Pool area is fine - pictures make it seem much larger than it actually is. Communication with host was good. "

"Nathan's condo was perfect for a weekend of skiing at Killington. We were able to catch the shuttle right in front of the building to take us to the Showshed base (and a short walk to Ramshead) which operated even in blizzard conditions! Also the spa in the basement of the building was a hidden gem -- my girlfriend and I got a couples massage which was fantastic, and we enjoyed the hot tub a few times as well. "Place and location were good. That said management company never sent our check information. Apparently they had sent separate email that required ID verification and was deleted as I thought it was spam. I completely understand why this would be helpful but has never been required at any place I've stayed before. The problem is that this was never communicated in the text I received day prior or with booking email. When I realized I had received no checkin details it then took over 1.5 hrs...
