This property is very warm and cozy, the staff are great, and the bar and grill is a plus! The bartender is super sweet, the clientele at the bar are pleasant. they always have the fire going at night, and you can strike up a conversation with just about anyone. Super convenient and close to the ski areas, I will be back!

No one should stay here. No usable water (with no advanced warning and no compensation), no water pressure for the showers, filthy dishes but no soap/sponge to clean anything, rude people behind the front desk at night, stained sheets… overall a bad experience.

Sheets and pillowcases are not cleaned and not changes. The mattresses are worn out. Saggy and lack of support which making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall facility is old, but that’s acceptable. But the sheets and yellowing pillowcases are too obvious and not acceptable.

The hotel had a lovely outdoor heated pool that was clean and the perfect temperature. Hotel bed was comfortable. The whirlpool in room was clean. Water in the shower only had one temperature; scalding. The room was also very warm and the thermostat didn’t adjust. Everything is a little outdated but I expected that. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Smooth stay and we’d absolutely go back.

I reserved 2 rooms at this property about 6 weeks before our stay. When we arrived, I was informed we had 2 rooms, both on the 5th floor which doesn't have an elevator. One person in my party is elderly and unable to navigate stairs, so we had to pay extra for a room she could get to. After we got to our room and saw the condition, we checked out and went to another hotel. The beds were sagging, part of the lock on the door was missing, part of the bathroom sink fixture was missing, the bed coverings were old and the place seemed like a firetrap.
