I’ve worked in customer service in the past & understand it’s not alway easy & would like management to know that Bharat at the front desk is an ASSET & should be recognized for creating a great stay for myself. I usually stay at the Travel Lodge next door & from now on will only use the Sandman! That’s because of Bharat! Beautiful property & it is kept immaculate. Highly recommend the loft suites. Moxies is located in the same building & they offer room service! If you’re reading this & questioning whether to stay at the Sandman vs the Travel Lodge just do yourselves a favour & book the Sandman. Once again, thank you Bharat!! "
