"I love the Q1 but they didn’t give me the Gold VIP rewards so I had to go and ask reception who reluctantly gave me a bottle of sparkling wine and a row of chocolates and $20 off Spa treatments. The room was pricey but was actually one of the worst ones we’ve ever had in the Q1 so we paid for an upgrade which double the cost of our 5 night stay. I’ve never been offered the room upgrade in any of the Gold VIP access rooms I’ve booked except in Bali. Would love it if hotels in Australia honoured...

" The location is perfect - right across from the beach and walking distance to food/shopping/etc. Worth the upgrade to get ocean view - little balcony was great! Staff was super nice as well. Property was clean, modern, very nice!"
