"Perfect location for walking into the city or to the railway station (no more than 10-15mins). Stayed in the delux double bedroom in the annex. Confused as room didn’t match the images on their website. Duty manager informed and he agreed and apologised. For a delux room would have expected more luxuries, the only benefit seemed to be size of room and en-suite. Breakfast options ok, but as for advertising continental options, only saw yoghurt "

"Lovely hotel.room was cold and tv wasnt working.but told reception and they sorted both out with in half hr.so all good.would stay again.it was our 2nd visit.very close to airport "

"Absolutely charming cottage where we could stay together as a group. Great situation in the village centre with easy access to everything. Check was easy, no faults at all."

"Lovely place to stay. Room was spotless. You could tell entering the room that the couple who own the property were truly passionate about the hotel. Nice little extras like biscuits/chocolate/shampoo/shower gel. Nice selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate. Hotel in a nice location - 1 mile walk from train station, quiet nice area near race course, but also close to City Centre"

"Stayed one night - immaculately clean and compact room. Breakfast was wonderful and very tastefully presented. Thank you. Couple of gripes relating to weak pressure on shower and wooden bed posts which were difficult to avoid knocking one’s leg on initially. Otherwise immaculate setup with beautiful gardens and setting. Parking excellent for all guests."
