"I just had my fingers crossed with my ice pail in my hand. A notch not a major problem, there was no ice in the ice machines floors three and five on the seventh, ice. The staff here has been great! As an Americana traveler from youth a right of passage my first time in Maine. I stayed at The Double Tree outside of Boston last night! The lobster salad and lobster roll were rich healthy and enjoyable. The brownie was delightful! The staff was great front desk shuttle driver and waitress! A fun story to tell Hilton employees is how I and Paris Hilton have twice met! "

"Room floors are dirty and the sheets have stains on the top ones and the shower is luke warm at best !! The service desk is nice and friendly and the beds are comfortable and lighting is nice "
