"The issue I had was the accessibility of our room. Had to walk thru the pool area to get to Tower B, which would have been ok, but it was rainy and cold when we were there. Also, paid extra for an ocean view and our window was so dirty you couldn't see the beach or the ocean. This place is getting run down and needs to be updated. The staff was very friendly and I felt bad for them as the lobby had no heat and it was cold when we were there and they were dressed in their winter gear with a...

"The staff were an absolute joy. They were kind, helpful, and friendly. This was especially wonderful as we were coming from a hotel with employees that lacked hospitality. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The building is old and is in desperate need of upgrades and remodeling however it was clean and comfortable. "
