"The condo was exactly as described and the one shown in the pictures. Communicating with property manager was easy! Greatly appreciated all the suggestions on sites and restaurants to check out! The kitchen was very well stocked. I would have liked access to a broom because I can’t stand to walk barefoot on dirty floors. Weather was cold and rainy, but condo was warm and local food was yummy! Would definitely stay again if are able to make another trip back!"

"It was pretty difficult to get support using the phone. I keep being pass to different group. It is common to hear 'we don't support Sunchase IV and then when we call the given number it goes to voicemail. I left multiple voice message and no one got back to us. Very bad. Getting additional tissue paper was also an issue. The additional foldable bed support is also damaged. There are missing bulbs as well."
