"On October half term we stayed at the lovely cottage and we all had an amazing time. It was the perfect getaway. Everything was as described in the website. Diane is very friendly and the cottage is beautiful. We felt like home. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"We absolutely loved staying here. The photos really don’t do the barn justice, it’s so much bigger than we thought and we had so much space. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The bedrooms are lovely and all the beds are really comfortable. "The house was perfect for our birthday celebrations for our parents. There were 18 of us but there was still so much room. The house is huge! It was a quick walk down to the seafront and a handy Lidli was close by. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views out to sea. Some of the decor is a little tired but didn’t detract from our stay. It had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend!"

"Very pleasant converted cow barn. Dog proof patio area but all hard surface no grass. Very friendly owners always willing to assist us old folks. Steep stairs though. Beautiful local countryside to explore."

"Had a lovely holiday week. We had the house and flat, ideal for our party of 9 and three dogs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchens have just been refurbished, main house one wasn't quite finished but not a problem. Love the outside space too, enclosed garden for the children and dogs. Visited both the pubs for drinks and meals too, good food and welcome."

"The property is in a good location (a path provides a short walk to Combesgate Beach) with a wonderful views of Woolacombe Bay. The property is eco-friendly, with solar panels to provide energy. We found the property was comfortable, roomy and well supplied in all areas. It did take us a little time to get used to the induction stovetop the first night. Johnny was friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our week, and would like to return there again!"

"Three generations stayed here and all loved it. My 5 year old grandson was amazed at the “upside down” house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was good for getting around. Very peaceful. The basket of goodies we received on arrival was lovely. Would definitely stay here again."

Great hotel - but arrange your parking up ahead!

"Fabulous hotel. luxury feel. Great location and great food in the restaurant. Parking is tight but we booked and the space was reserved for us. I doubt the BMW driver had reserved a space and ended up carelessly parked without a proper space or consideration for anyone else - resulting in a million point turn to get out of my pre-booked spot! "
