Even if the hotel is 5 stars but the staff are not caring and accommodating, the property wont make it to the top. Ahmed and Abdul are few of the staffs that are very remarkable . "A very nice stay in Appledore, one night of a longer trip. The staff is exceptionally professional, and nice. My room was clean and comfortable, and dinner in the Pub delicious!"

"We used the Inn for an overnight stay after visiting RHS Rosemore. It was very easy to get to on the A39 and had excellent free parking. The host called us in advance to see if we needed a table for dinner and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The rooms were comfortable spacious and spotlessly clean. It is an old inn and some of the furnishings are a bit worn but seemed to be part of the ambience. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and served in a friendly but efficient way. I would happily recommend to anyone not seeking a modern clinical hotel."
