"Overall very good hotel for family holiday. I found most of staffs were young & had accents. I assume they are on their working holidays. Most of them were nice but some were a bit rude. I guess they dont have much experience in customer service & don't care much as they are there for short term only "

"This place truly is one out of the movies. Heaven on earth. Bungalows and villas right on the beach. The view over Palm Bay is to die for. Food was five star although you have to pay for breakfast which was a bit steep. We don’t usually return to the same place for holidays because we like to experience new places but we will be going back to this one. It is sensational. "

"Without question, one of the best resorts in terms of staff and service. Everyone was dedicated to making our stay perfect and they succeeded. Qualia is a beautiful resort with great rooms and beautiful property but the staff make it outstanding. Don’t miss the trip to Whitehaven and Hill inlet. Food was excellent-enjoyed the daily breakfast which they will customize to your liking. We will definitely go back if we make it back to Australia. "

"The resort was very secluded, tucked away in a cove on Long Island with only 10 adult couples to be at the resort. This resort is remote and that made it special. The resort was clean and tidy with our rooms cleaned daily. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. "Lovely apartment with everything you could need. We stayed here for 5 nights - the apartment had everything you could have needed from kitchen facilities to outdoor balcony with tables and chairs to enjoy the view. Only 10 minute drive into main area of Airlie too so was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. "

"Great staff & location , they were waiting for us at the airport with the boogie plus bringing our luggage in another boogie , a big plus to have this included with the room , the view from the balcony it’s amazing including the wild life, very convenient to have washer and dryer. Have a late check out because a late flight. I will stay here again."

"Apartment is spacious and has a fully equiped kitchen, but the master ensuite shower had mould on the floor tiles (which I could remove with my fingers, so simply not cleaned properly), there were no hand towels or face washers available due to a shortage, the 2nd room was not made up as a king as requested for my friend and the washing machine is temperamental and leaks. "
