Comfortable, quiet and clean accommodation set high for beautiful views but still within walking distance of the port, shops & dining areas. The location and ocean view was very enjoyable. However, our one bedroom suite smelled extremely strongly of mildew/ mould. I alerted hotel administrators and requested a room change however the hotel only offered an ozone air purifier, which are not healthy and do not address the actual cause. When I stated I wasn’t comfortable with the ozone machine the hotel did not respond or offer any other resolution. Also note, that all the floors are tile so noise transfer from rooms above and beside is strong.

While it was comfortable and clean, it lacked soul. There was only ever a receptionist, who was helpful. The other staff were tradies or cleaners. There was no vending machine, bar or cafe on site. Look, it wasn't bad, just soulless.
