There was only 1 large plate and 1 small side plate, no wiping up cloth and only 1 tea bag, however B&M is literally directly opposite and is open till 8pm there’s also a large Asda 10mins walk to your left as you exit the place. "Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! "

"I received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance. "A nice property in a reasonable area, but my experience of the proprietor was strange. Specifically check in was slow (alot of unnecessary paperwork). Also was woken up in the night (2am) by banging around and person cleaning! Considering the detailed (3 pages) of house rules, namely being quiet after 11.30pm, I found it odd that the proprietor was noisy several times after midnight. "One of the worst hotel I ve ever stay.First, the hotel picture does not match the real condition, what they are actually showing is a restaurant! The hotel is in the back of the building, and the only entrance is a wooden door! Second, when I entered the room, it is totally different from the website! The floor is not flat, bed near the window so it can be very cold in the evening, and heating is not working as well! "
