"We arrived bang on 5pm, I had messaged through the app to get instructions on check in, no reply. Their number is a Pakistani number, no luck with that either. We waited for 3 hours before hotels.com finally managed a hotel to relocate to. Do not book this, it is non existent and how hotels.com allow this to be advertised on their website is ridiculous. "

Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! "

"I received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance. I'd highly recommend. "

"The owners needs to make sure that their staff is really there to open the door. If you arrive at the property after 6 PM, forget going in. You’ll be sleeping in the front lawn."

"Don't be fooled by this, they ignore you all day, then after 6 pm they write that something is broken and ask you to cancel, but after 6 pm you can't cancel the house."

"A nice property in a reasonable area, but my experience of the proprietor was strange. Specifically check in was slow (alot of unnecessary paperwork). Also was woken up in the night (2am) by banging around and person cleaning! Considering the detailed (3 pages) of house rules, namely being quiet after 11.30pm, I found it odd that the proprietor was noisy several times after midnight.
