The host was very helpful and prompt with his replies to my messages. His tips for getting around London and to-and-from Heathrow were excellent. "This was a lovely, clean place with plenty of room. A safe neighborhood close to public transport and a short walk to a small co-op for groceries. For us, it was perfect except for one thing we didn’t check before booking. It has no Wi-Fi. This is a deal breaker for us, and we won’t stay again until this is offered in the house."

"Excellent value for money. Very clean apartment with excellent amenities for self catering. Having arrived after a week backpacking through Switzerland, a washer/dryer in the kitchen was a real bonus. Bed was very comfortable and linen and towels were good quality. Very minor quibble was that the sofa was not overly comfortable but this did not detract from my stay. Definitely a good place to stay within easy walking distance to London Underground Borough station and national rail London...
