"The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. Great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-day stay! We would definitely return another time. "

"Overall a nice place on the water. Beautiful view ! House is bright and open. Somewhat outdated and could use an update to furniture and appliances. Dishwasher wasn’t attached to the counter and just pulled away when I opened the door. Microwave over the range was non-functional. Needed extra blankets as the included nlankets were paper thin. "

"I stayed here for a weekend getaway with my adult children and their families. The house was amazing. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and plenty of room to all be together. The home was very clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Views of the lake were stunning. Janet was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We all want to plan another getaway at this house! "

"Was such a great stay. The first overnight stay for my puppy and he loved it too. Was a beautiful sunset across Lake Champlain. Watching the sun hit the lake from behind in the morning with coffee from the deck is something that is hard to forget. "

"Had a wonderful Christmas week stay! Enjoyed the changing views over the lake including a beautiful sunrise and after a fresh snowfall. The heater worked great, beds were comfortable and the amenities were complete. "

"Came up for a hockey 🏒 tournament, beautiful place , Amy and Dan responded quickly to any questions we had. Definitely will come back and tell our (hockey family) about the house . "

"This rental was beautifully done and so cozy! The entire place is new and accommodates everything you need! Carrie was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I especially loved the coffee bar with many different coffee choices and even dairy free creamers! The bedroom is sectioned off from the living room and kitchen, which is nice for privacy. The location was great, too! It's near grocery shopping and restaurants. I would definitely come back here again! "

"I drove up to the Burlington area (from Frederick MD) for a 3-day reunion of a group of us who had served as Peace Corps Volunteers or staff 30 years ago in Morocco from 1991-1993. Staying in your lake front cabin was wonderful. Very relaxing mornings. Also thank you for being pet friendly - that was a criteria for me.
