"Location was fantastic 28 minute walk to the Millennium\Principality Stadium, 20 min walk to Queen street center of town. Tony was super friendly on arrival. 6am check out was seamless just leave your key on the desk. The bus stop is literally outside the door which is 8 mins or 3 stops into city center, also a great landmark for walking home. I will definitely stay again if i return to Cardiff. "

"This is a very reasonable and nice place to stay for the price. Upon arrival, I was confused about which property I would be staying in, but after opening the doors and reading the signs posted inside, it’s very straightforward. The woman next to me did not have a code for her room and struggled to reach anyone at ~9pm, so, if you’re reading this, make sure you have your code ahead of time. The rooms are small and quaint. "It was ok the bed was very comfortable and spacious,room was ok but signs of damp on ceiling not so good ,had kettle and tea coffee and milk and water and microwave in room ,didn't feel like sitting in living room as it looked like housekeepers belongings at dining table ,shame no breakfast available but you get what you pay for as I enjoyed the comfy bed all to.myself "

"The accommodation was amazing, for a self catering establishment, it is very well equipped, lovely island in the kitchen with oven and hob, plenty of space to eat. The lounge area was very comfortable, with big screen TV, both bedrooms had comfortable double beds, upstairs en-suite downstairs separate bathroom. Plenty of parking and for those who wish to eat out, the pub across the road has a great selection at reasonable prices. "

"This is a special place, beautiful grounds, where you can walk freely walk. Our daughter had the opportunity to feed the Alpacas and sheep, which was very special. The accommodation is fantastic, we stayed in the Stables, which has a conservatory, it mkes all the difference to open these doors to the garden at the back. All in all, a very special place we can't wait to visit again! Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly."

"This was ok for a last minute stop but the room was so sensitive to noise. Could hear every movement and sound around the house. Also the mattress had pilling so bad you could feel it through the fitted sheet. Made me so itchy I didn’t sleep very much at all. For a guest house that looked so pleasing, it was below average."

Our room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, the shower mat towel was soaking wet on arrival, the power shower did not provide hot water despite trying all settings for some time and there was no soap for washing. We were also disturbed several times in the night by a group of very loud drunk people who managed to lock themselves out of their room and spent a long time vomiting in the communal toilet adjacent to our room with the toilet door left open. "Firstly I didn’t receive a key code and no one answered the phone to get the code. Hotels.com couldn’t help either. Luckily another guest opened the door so we could call the phone number in a table inside the property. They still couldn’t give us the key code. It took an hour just to get into our room. Which was very basic. No in case of fire instructions inside the room I’m or anywhere in the property. One good thing was the food that was available to us in the morning. Bread , butter, eggs...
