Also the mattress had pilling so bad you could feel it through the fitted sheet. Made me so itchy I didn’t sleep very much at all. For a guest house that looked so pleasing, it was below average."

"Firstly I didn’t receive a key code and no one answered the phone to get the code. Hotels.com couldn’t help either. Luckily another guest opened the door so we could call the phone number in a table inside the property. They still couldn’t give us the key code. It took an hour just to get into our room. Which was very basic. No in case of fire instructions inside the room I’m or anywhere in the property. One good thing was the food that was available to us in the morning. Bread , butter, eggs...
