"This was a nice surprise in a not so great part of town. This section of Ft. Lauderdale is close to the airport and not a really nice section of town. The pool was lackluster, so don't get excited about that. However the staff is very friendly, the lobby is very nice, and the breakfast area is large with lots of seating, TVs, and many food and beverage choices all included in your stay. There is a shuttle I saw running often to/from airport and port, and the staff was very helpful with those communications. I had a one bedroom and it was very big! A huge desk, big kitchen and a sofa seating area. Lots of room! The hotel seems new and very clean! I could live there!"
