He stayed here our last night of our stay and wished we stayed here at the beginning of our stay. We stayed at the Westin fort Lauderdale and this place was by far superior and cheaper. The staff was so friendly!! Front desk, cleaners, kitchen staff, all were welcoming! Thank you!

We stayed for 5 days and were v pleased with the breakfast and the front desk staff except for the one on the first day when we checked in. Cleanliness of the hotel was great. However, we were disappointed to find little cockroaches on the kitchen counter in the room. We notified housekeeping and front desk of the issue and they sent the maintenance guy who sprayed HOMEDEPOT’s pesticide for ants and cockroaches which wasn’t effective. Secondly, the person who cleaned our room every alternate day forgot to clean the vanity and table.

No coffee bar when we arrived, For a CAD400$ 2 bedroom room for 6 guests, I would have expected water bottles in the room. Breakfast was excellent, the kitchen staff are trying hard! Great place, excellent shuttle to FLL, all good!

A very comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast included. The reason for only 4 stars on service is that a couple of items (hair dryer and bath mat) were missing from the bathroom when we arrived.

From the airport trying to find the shuttle pick up was very tough. I trying to book the shuttle a day before we arrived so we would now where to go. Took the shuttle 1hr to pick us up. Once we got to the hotel everything went smoothly with no problems. Need to work with Expedia on getting our Hilton account is applied to our account.

The check in was very well conducted and the receptionist was excellent. We arrived off our cruise very early in the morning and he was able to get us checked in within an hour, a very early check-in
