"No words for this house… absolutely stunning views! Location is perfect and the house has everything you need. Will definitely be staying again. "

"Very peaceful place with great sun sets & night skies; outdoor space is fantastic, even in the winter but indoors is a bit tight for 12 people & 3 dogs (2 bedrooms are tiny; 1 bedroom is next to oil tank w/o windows so not ideal hangouts; dining table is small requiring eating in shifts; plus hot water runs out after 1-2 showers and iron sediments may appear in the water!). If you don’t mind these nuisances (we didn’t) it’s an amazing place to spend time together … can highly recommend it! "

We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. "The cabin was very clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The cabin has everything you need including many things in the kitchen to make meals if you want to. Towels, sheets, blankets, and swim towels were also provided. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and paddle boats. The pond was great for swimming and boating. The cabin has windows on all sides so we enjoyed lots of fresh air. It was also very quiet, restful, and peaceful on the pond. "

"Great place one the lake"

"All was great Just heads up, there were two broken knobs in the kitchen from the cabinets. Also, a supper burnt/dirty pan left in the oven Wasn’t sure if should toss, so I left it in the sink soaking today. Thanks so much Kirsten "

"The location was perfect. Lake Winnipesauke is a massive lake. Having the home in a cove made the water calmer and easier to use boats and water ski. The property has a big sandy beach and a large pier. We were able to dock our boat and jet ski on the pier. They provided three kayaks and a paddleboard to use that were wonderful. The home was older but functional. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook (minus crock pot). Plenty of dishes, utensils, serving plates,...
