The valet crew was top notch and friendly, offering tips, directions and even shuttle rides across town as the weather was poor and since they had time they said they didn’t see a need for me to take a lyft. "this is a great older hotel in Portland with tons of character, excellent location, and wonderful staff. Bed was super comfy, great water pressure in the shower (in a huge bathroom), multiple restaurant and lounge areas, and the clean and well maintained sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were all awesome. definitely plan on valet'ing the car. would definitely stay again "
